Welcome to Hillen's community neighborhood association! Within the Hillen Road improvement Association (HRIA) boundaries, there are approximately 1300 homes. Of these homes, all residents are members of the Hillen Road Improvement Association of which approximately 220 homes are also within boundaries governed by the Greater Northwood Covenant Association (GNCA).
